I had such a lovely evening at tonight's sell out performance (yippee!) of 'A Brief Encounter with Imogen Rae' at Carnforth Heritage Centre, situated on Platform 1 on Carnforth Station. Performing amongst the Christmas Tree Festival along side my double bassist Adam Harrison was a great way to get festive spirit rolling.
Carnforth Heritage Centre is such a unique location, being used as the set for 'A Brief Encounter' film. It was great to hear the trains rumble past as I performed my new song 'Dip My Toes into The Sea' for the first time in public!
